Mishra acquired the properties in Oberoi Sky Heights Co-operative Housing Society through transactions involving multiple sellers. The combined purchase value stands at ₹22.25 crore, while the singer paid approximately ₹1.33 crore in stamp duty.
According to CRE Matrix, the four residential apartments have a reported combined built-up area of 4,058.21 sq ft and a super built-up area of 5,071 sq ft.
The largest transaction involved two apartments combined into a duplex unit spanning two floors. The duplex has a built-up area of 1,640.63 sq ft and a super built-up area of 2,050 sq ft. Mishra acquired the unit for approximately ₹9.30 crore, making it the biggest component of the overall property purchase.
In another transaction, the singer purchased an apartment for approximately ₹4.27 crore. The apartment has a built-up area of 880.27 sq ft and a super built-up area of 1,100 sq ft.
Mishra also acquired another apartment measuring 971 sq ft in built-up area for approximately ₹4.02 crore. The fourth transaction involved an apartment measuring 760.25 sq ft in built-up area. The property documents also mention two terraces and three stilt parking spaces as part of the purchase.
The acquisitions place the singer among the latest buyers of residential property in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s established residential destinations.
The locality is known for its connectivity, social infrastructure and proximity to major commercial and entertainment hubs. It also offers access to prominent neighbourhoods such as Lokhandwala, Versova, Oshiwara and Goregaon.
Road and metro connectivity in the area provides access to several parts of Mumbai, making Andheri West a residential location with links to the city’s commercial and entertainment centres.
